1. PRESENTATION MEETING
First chat with one of our agents to understand your needs, preferences and overall profile. Ideally, this happens when our clients already have a moving date scheduled, but if you do not have it yet, we will do our best to accommodate your case;
2. PROPERTY CHOICE
Online visits: In addition to providing 360º photos and videos of all the properties we work with, we also provide live video calls with our clients, so that no piece of the property is missing. How about seeing the parking lot space? We will show it to you! 100% personalized service with agents who speak Portuguese, English and Spanish.
In-loco visits: if you have more time and are already in São Paulo, we can book in-loco guided tours. We value your time and will do our best to schedule all visits for the same day, optimizing the visits as much as possible.
3. NEGOTIATION AND DOCUMENTATION ANALYSIS
We understand that many of our clients are not Brazilians and are not used to the process of the mandatory documentation and negotiation for real estate, which includes the presentation of a series of documents required by law and, in most cases, the contracting of guarantees. 4. DIGITAL SIGNATURE
Have you ever thought about arriving in São Paulo and already sleeping in your own bed from day one? Once the documents are approved and the parties are in agreement with the contract, we provide the digital signature service, allowing the contract to be signed even before you arrive in São Paulo.
