Vila Nova Conceição is a residential neighborhood in São Paulo, known for having the most expensive square meter in the city. The value is justified by the combination of being a relatively small neighborhood with a high demand of people who prioritize living in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the main commercial centers of the capital. Despite being nearby to Ibirapuera Park, one of the biggest symbols of the neighborhood is Praça Pereira Coutinho, which has a children’s play area that is widely used by residents.
Even though it is a small neighborhood, it has grocery stores, kindergarten, middle and high schools, hospitals and stores of national and international brands throughout the neighborhood. As a way to keep the neighborhood safe and preserved, the residents founded the Associação dos Moradores da Vila Nova Conceição, which has its own magazine to inform the residents about improvements and the latest news. For those who value living in a quiet place but still want to have more fun from time to time, the neighborhood has Moema, Itaim Bibi, Vila Olímpia and Jardins as neighbors.
